Get ready to hide, seek and treat with the tricky Twister! The Dog Twister challenges and occupies your dog while they work to unlock tasty treats hidden inside each compartment. This is a level 3 puzzle, so if your dog is new to puzzles, we recommend starting off with a level 1. Starting off too hard can make dogs frustrated and lead them to dislike puzzles as a whole- and that's a shame because they are a fantastic way to keep your pup busy!
To play: Pull handles out to unlocked position to slide paw panels. Place treats or kibble in compartments. Line up sliding paw panels and lock them in place by pushing handles in. Let the games begin! Place game on floor and encourage your pet to seek treats. Dogs are smarter than you think. Sometimes we just need to teach them! Leave handles in the unlocked position and offset paw panels so your dog can smell and access treats easier. When they get used to it, you can then lock a few of the handles to keep them guessing- and as they level up, you can even freeze treats in the toy to make it harder to get!
Nina Ottosson was inspired to create dog puzzles after having two young kids and realizing she no longer had time to keep her pets mentally stimulated. By making these puzzles, she created an easy way to keep dogs' minds working, to help your pets expend mental energy even when the weather isn't good enough to play outside!
